♥ PAPA'S ANGEL ♥

I was surfing the internet about butterfly until I reached this page when almost of the stories are factual and believable since I encounter butterflies as sign of my wish will be granted... They say that asking sign from God is a sin or rather not advisable to do that because we should not test our faith if God is with us or not. But I agree to one of the stories I read here that butterfly is a sign from God to give us comfort and hope not to be fear, achieve your goal and passion.

~*~♥ Papa's Angel♥~*~

This is happen a few months ago my grandfather woke up complaining of chest pains, so my grandmother rushed him to the hospital. Waiting to hear the results was long, and dreadful, when the doctor came to tell us ""A Heart Attack"" we knew this wasn't going to be easy. After many tests were done the conclusion came that he would have to have five ways open- heart surgery. That night I left the hospital, I knew this was not good, not only was he diabetic, but his kidneys were trying to shut down, how would he ever handle a surgery so major? The family sat down with him and told him it was his choice. After talking with the doctors he had made up his mind to go through with it. The day before his surgery I was driving home, as I stopped in the driveway I prayed to God. ""Just please be with him, keep him safe, and make him healthy, I asked, please don't take him away from me."" For he is the greatest man in my life. I was still to be given away at my wedding, by him, how could I go on with out this man? As I sat there with my windows rolled down I looked over in my passenger seat and saw a beautiful butterfly sitting there moving its tiny wings. I reached over and put my finger out, as the butterfly touched my hand I started to cry even harder, it was then that I knew God heard me and that was his way of letting me know everything was going to be okay. That night the doctors came in and said ""we have good news"" after looking deeper into his test results, they felt five way surgery would not be necessary, they claimed that three stints would fix the damage. As we all sat there looking around in total shock we knew we had just been blessed. Pa-Pa made it through just fine with the procedure, and was able to come home the next day. I now know that the butterfly I met was my Pa-Pa's angel.

♥ THE "PINK" ROSE ♥

Primary Significance: Love, Gratitude, Appreciation

Pink Roses have a rich history that comes with being one of the longest existing roses known to us - in fact, pink roses have even been depicted in some of the earliest known pieces of art. When roses first began to be cultivated, the majority of them existed in various shades of pink, from the palest pink to the deepest crimson. Prior to that, pink roses were the dominant species among wild roses, and were likely among the earliest roses to evolve.
In time, discoveries of new rose species and the development of modern hybridization techniques would introduce many new colors of roses. Also introduced at this time were roses with the ability to bloom repeatedly throughout the year. This was a significant development, as earlier garden roses would typically only bloom once a year. As more colors and types of roses entered the palette, each began to take on their own meanings. So too, did the meaning of the pink rose become more refined.
Above all, roses are a symbol for love and gratitude. As the pink rose was the most prevalent among the old garden roses, it was most strongly associated with these sentiments. While different roses may have more specific meanings, these are still the underlying message of any color rose. Pink roses also now carry a connotation of grace and elegance, as well as sweetness and poetic romance. Different shades of pink also carry their own significance. Dark pink roses are symbolic of gratitude and appreciation, and are a traditional way to send a message of thanks. Light pink roses are associated with gentleness and admiration, and can also be used as an expression of sympathy.
With the many ways in which they can be used to express a range of meanings, pink roses continue to maintain their popularity. The beautiful appearance and fragrance so strongly associated with roses in general, as well as their symbolic importance, can be traced back to the pink rose. While much has changed over the years, pink roses have consistently held their place of prominence in the world of flowers. Today, pink roses enjoy their own unique position representing elegance and refinement, as well as communicating thanks and admiration. The recipient of an arrangement of pink roses is sure to feel appreciated and special.
